A New Day of Gratitude

Being happy in your life takes conscious awareness, to recognise that gratitude is happiness.
Many times we find ourselves choosing to be happy, then a button is pushed to bring up emotions that make us forget.
When this happens, choose happy, choose joy, choose to see what there is to be happy about.
There is always something to be happy about, it is in the focus.

We must be conscious enough to face the emotion that takes us in a negative spin, clear it and move forward into Happiness and Gratitude, focusing on that which is wonderful.
This is important.
We all have wonderful things happening all the time.
If one focuses on only that which is wrong or challenging, you get to have more of the same.

SO FOCUS ON the Blessings, they alone will bring you JOY IN THE GRATITUDE even if in that moment all you have to be grateful for is waking up in the morning.

Waking in the morning is surely plenty to be Grateful for.

Start there, in your NOW.

Be Grateful for waking up, breathing, hearing.

Breath it in and feel it.

Gratitude is Happiness.
