Feeling

No matter how much knowledge one gets, no matter how many motivational tapes you listen to, or gurus, if you are not feeling it you truly are not getting it. I was listening to some music and decided to turn it off and put on motivational CD of Anthony Robbins , as I sat I asked myself a question while I was turning the music off, should I be listening to Anthony Robbins or listening and feeling the music, the answer came ... FEELING. My purpose for listening to him at that time was to get positive vibes. I was in a low energy point where I needed to change. I was feeling heavy all day and could not shake it. Breathing deep, meditation, positive thoughts, nothing really shook it. So what could I do to change the way I felt? Most people do not know that their feelings are one of the most important guidance in life. Feelings actually tell you when you are moving in the right direction in life. Feelings also assist you in your state of being. What you are feeling is how you are being. If you are feeling angry, you are being in an angry state. If you are feeling good you are being in a state of love. How you feel creates how you think. When you are feeling low, your thoughts and actions reflect this.

Since our thoughts create our life and its choices, it goes to show how we (are) feel(ing) is VERY important.

Positive feelings, creates positive thoughts, creates positive actions. How does one change their state of feeling ? This is very difficult when one is not aware that they are feeling low. Sometimes we walk in automatic pilot and do not even realize that we are not feeling at all. Numb is the word. Numb most of the time, moving in auto pilot, without thought, without feelings. Doing what needs to be done, without thought. The way to change your life is to be aware of what you are doing in life. Being aware of what we are thinking, doing, feeling. When we are aware, we can make conscious choices to change how we are experiencing our day. No.... I would say, experiencing our moments, for life is created by moments. In each Now moment of choices, we are changing our life. How we change our life, is by changing our feelings, one moment at a time. How does one change what they are feeling? One way is to think about a time when you felt good, let that feeling permeate your moment. Think about anything that makes you feel good, your child, your home, your country, the flowers that you pass, the birds that sing. Make a conscious choice to change your feelings by doing so you make a choice to change your life. As you feel that good feeling close your eyes and breath deep and  really feel it. 

My favorite way is with music. Music changes my state in an instant. I feel music flow through my body and I take a deep breath as I feel it

Music has changed the world. During the Depression and War years when the masses were feeling so low, they went to the movies, watching musicals which uplifted the masses. Whenever times get stressful have you noticed through our history how musicals become popular. Makes you feel good, assisting in making positive choices. Music uplifts you and brings you to a higher place in your STATE, as Tony Robbins would put it, so it is the state of your being is the most important, this is where higher thoughts come from the well being state, which makes you choose the highest choices for you in the moment. If you are in thinking mode without feelings you are not in highest mode, which is feeling state. The feelings state creates the most positive thoughts and actions, when coming from love. When you are feeling grateful, a joy of living, nothing needs to be said only the actions that are followed shows how you feel, in this state you can feel your highest desire and move towards it. When you are in thinking state you are numb to your feelings for the mind shouts, and hides the feelings. When you are in the being state of love and gratitude, it is the highest state into manifesting desires. You become a strong magnet, you find that which you desire starts to manifest in your life and the life changes without effort this is a secret. The thinking state is like a whisper, you achieve your desires yet they are slow to manifest for the feelings have not drawn the desire to you. As you are in your moments of positive feelings and thinking you manifest joyful existence and watch your aliveness continue to manifest your desires without effort. Most of all it happens before you know it for you are feeling what is in the moment of your life, the NOW is being expressed fully in love, the time is not being watched for life is being experienced fully. The key also is to DESIRE. Desire and continue to desire that which is the highest good for you. This desire needs to be continued in awareness, for not all desires are of the highest good, some are desires which are created in need, and weakness. When you walk the path of love and are aware of yourself, you will start to clear away those desires that do not serve you, for love will guide the way. Your self love will make you aware of short circuits in your life, you will feel what is good for you, and what is not, you will start to have feelings of confusion or feelings of weakness when you get something that is not for the highest good. Listen to your feelings and when you are feeling strong resistance to what you desire, check to see is it a sabotaging feeling or one that says this is not good for you. When you start to trust your feelings and in awareness learn what you are being guided to with your feelings, your life becomes effortless, for feelings are our natural Geiger counter, showing the way, it is up to you to discern where your feelings are taking you. On the other hand, as I was saying, its cleansing for there are desires that are not for the greatest good that must be seen and become aware of. For there are things we desire that are self destructive and out of our program of lack. These desires must be seen and taken responsibility for and changed. Such as taking drugs, desire to hurt others, desire to destroy , some desires come from a place of fear. These must be seen recognized and cleared. The desires of Love always make you feel good , not only to yourself but others. Desires of Love uplift you in a light way so that you are happy to be alive. The desires of Love makes you feel joy in nature and with others as well as with yourself. Destructive desires creates fear and is destructive to yourself and others. .

AS YOU DESIRE

YOU SHALL ALWAYS COME TO THE HIGHEST PLACE

This place will bring you more, as in a garden that is well cared for and loved See your life as the garden of your existence, continue to clean it cultivate it creating what you desire ... in

JOY AND HAPPINESS,

FEEL IT.

and

feel how that energy will change your life

How do we help ourselves and the world with positive thinking

retouched_Sonny Fabbri Being happy continuously is truly a problem. I always get upset with myself after having a great day or two of happiness, then going into heaviness. It does not help that the news, and worldly issues seem to be getting more serious everyday. We live in times like never before. There seems to be no place to emotionally feel safe.  There is fear of war, weather, crime, kids shooting each other, violence like never seen, or is that so. Every age there has been crime, weather, atrocities. In the 30's there was the Depression, and Gang War, Bonnie and Clyde, Al Capone, Machine guns, shootings in the street of what we call the good old days. Then the World War started first in Europe then it spread through Africa and Mid East compounded by Japan attaching Pearl Harbor, Imagine the Terror felt at that time. It is very difficult to be happy when everyone is feeling the fear within the air, compounded by our own issues. I have come upon a way to maintain a since of well being and happiness during all the issues and at same time to keep my own self and home happy.  Our Body and our Home is our Temple, very sacred place. How do we keep it happy.

 Now is the time to become more connected with Higher Power, with Love than ever.

Now is the time when we are seeing the news, reading the news, talking with others about the problems that exist in the world, rather than adapt helpless and fearful attitude, it would be higher solution to take action to send healing loving energy to those areas that are in need. In my previous blog, We are Vibrational Beings, there are two wonderful videos showing scientific studies  how our Loving Vibration effects our life and others. Sending Love, Prayers and thinking Positive thoughts, DOES HELP ASSIST IN CHANGING NEGATIVE SITUATIONS. Our thoughts, loving or fearful, does effect our life, others and the world, Our fearful thoughts ADD TO THE fear of what is circulating the planet.  My feelings are to add loving thoughts, our negative thoughts do not help in anyway, our negative thinking only adds to the darkness that is circling the planet.

How do we keep ourselves positive

Keeping ourselves positive during these times can be very difficult because we are feeling the conditions of the world compounded to our own issues. For myself I found myself feeling very heavy and listless unable at times to even focus on my work or personal issues. In reflection of what was happening I came upon my own guidance from past writings which fit perfectly and applying these practices to my life, I have been able to feel, even in these heavy days, a sense of well being. Here is what I did in simple form
  • Starting each day with gratitude, starting with smallest reason, which is the greatest, waking up in the morning, breathing, hearing, seeing
  • Before getting out of bed I deep breath this gratitude, breathing in LOVE, exhaling LOVE until i feel the Love inside me or a sense of well being
  • Becoming aware of what I am feeling at all times, being in Awareness and NOT on AUTO PILOT. I am even aware of brushing my teeth and loving what I am doing
  • Loving what I am doing turning the doing into Being by feeling what I am doing with Love
  • Whenever I get stirred or off track in wandering thoughts that are negative, I let them go, take a deep breath and bring myself to the present moment of Gratitude
  • I am grateful for all I do
  • I send Love to those in need and to the World as often as I think or Feel situations
  • I recognize that there are many issues in the world I cannot help and by my focusing on them in a negative way does not help me or anyone else...
  • I stay in Awareness in Gratitude even for the challenges for over coming is a gift that I will share with others as time arrives for me to do so
These are the things I have been doing consistently for weeks and I have found a greater feeling of well being and peace in my life which has made me a happier person able to laugh again. I cannot change the world conditions any other way than to Pray for all negative conditions to be corrected, and everyone learn their lessons and develop Gratitude and Love, letting the energy of Love circle the planet erasing the negative stain of fear. If we all, if each one of us practice this, I believe we can Heal the World with the Light of LOVE

A True Cinderella Story a story of of finding love in Self and being Happy

My story, it is said, is a true Cinderella Story, minus the Prince and glass slippers.  My story is about finding love and by making right choices finding magical life of love taking me all over the globe. That love is not romantic love, that love is Love of a Higher source.  That love is the love that is in us all and was not taught to me, I discovered it and kept my eyes on that Light as it directed me to a better life.  I wrote about this in my book Choices to Love.  It is really an introduction to my life, for I did not put every detail, that book is to come. After writing my book in 2010 an article was written about me.  I am sharing with you now Choices to Love... a true life Cinderella story I feel my story will help many people who have grown up with out love, and support from family and community.  My story also is survival of abuses that many watch on Talk shows, a survival in a world where of racism, and sexual abuse, in family and community. A story of also removing my self from dysfunctional family and community moving into a world of LOVE by making positive choices and learning to listen to my higher inner voice, which moved me step by step to a life of Wonderment. This is the beginning of many books to come, which will go deeper into the drama and pain of my life.  I am sharing with you to prepare you for the books to come. As always I share with you, to always choose LOVE, for yourself and all creation.  We all have Cinderella Stories, this is just mine.

The violence in the world

Let us while watching the news send prayers to the places that are having problems, which is basically the world. Say a prayer and send Love to the world and places where violence has taken place. Another thing Let us not discuss it as if we knew the solution and build up negative angry fearful energy, instead let us not add anymore  negative energy to the planet, our discussions and judgments only add more darkness.  Send Love and Healing to the planet
